An interactive and educational experience where the user makes the energy decisions for an entire city. What will the outcome of these choices be?

Darkstalkers Tribute Book

Udon put out a call for artists to contribute to their next artbook. My work was selected for publication in the Darkstalkers tribute book.

 My name is Jenny.

I’m a designer, a dreamer, and a dork.

Remember those old comic book cards? I’m talking about the ones that charted out all the character’s powers. Well they never stopped being the best way to size up a hero.
I may not be a superhero, but I do dress up as them from time to time. I also strive to constantly learn and improve my skill sets. Teaching myself how to sew was nowhere near as difficult as learning not to trip over my own feet.
I’m a big fan of throwing myself into a project, even if it’s something completely out of my comfort zone.  If I do fall down along the way, I’ll always get up a bit wiser from it.  I just haven’t been able to apply that same logic to my legs yet.

The fundamentals

Digital work is always better with a strong background in the traditional arts.

Beyond craft

You can do anything in a drawing, reality brings the problem of physics.

I wanted this section to promote some of the talented people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. It’s only right that I start off with the photographer Allison Rose, owner of Pixelette. She is professional, creative, and beyond talented. Her studio is amazing, and she is so easy to work with.

Makeup Artist / Cosplayer

Lindze and I have worked on so many projects together I lost count. This talented lady is a professional makeup artist, and is responsible for the majority of my cosplay makeup. Her skills don’t stop there, she is also a well known cosplayer.  Her work is amazing, and you can find it on her website.

Lab 604

Sculpting and Fabrication Studio

This studio turns out some killer work. It’s thanks to 604 that I got my first taste of mold making. It’s an expensive hobby that I’m not hooked on, so I’m not sure how thankful I should be! I’ve worked on a ton of collaboration projects, and this studio is a pleasure to work with.

Volpin Props

Prop and Replica Design

This one man shop creates some of the most professional work I’ve seen.  Not only does he have the work ethic and the drive, but he takes the time to write up all of his builds so he can help educate anyone who is an aspiring prop makers.
